A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant driven CM5 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.226% of the blood alcohol concentration at the 7-meter section of approximately 200 meters in front of the 7nd road of the 7nd road in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from a 6-do Ne-Ba 767 in the height of Ne-Ba-dong 767.

2. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) by running CM5 car at around 23:15, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting his/her blood alcohol concentration 0.226% while driving the CM5 car and driving it directly from the 3-lane apartment room in the front part of the 5-lane 767, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by driving the CM5 car, and driving it directly from the 3-lane apartment room in the front part of the 5-lane apartment zone.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injuries, such as kneeing, which requires treatment of the victim two weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle back to the repair cost of KRW 6,965,673, and without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
