Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and E reported a marriage on June 5, 2009, but have been divorced on October 10, 2009.
At around 06:00 on August 24, 2015, the Defendant was asked to ask questions about the personal information and the circumstances of the case from the police officer of the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station G police box, a police officer of the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station G police box, who was called out after receiving the report of the above E 112 that the Defendant did not intrude into his house.
