Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 7, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Youngcheon District Court's Young-gu Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, on October 28, 2009, and sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Crimes, etc., at the Seoul East District Court's Seoul East District Court on October 28, 2009, and on June 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation
1. At around 21:00 on April 29, 2014, the Defendant, while lodging and lodging in the victim D’s house at Dongbacheon-si, C Apartment 102 Dong 1002 and 1002, was on bail in the victim’s house and taken one half of the market price of the victim’s own stock at the victim’s house 300,000 won.
