1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall have the Changwon District Court as to each of the real estates listed in attached Forms 1 through 7.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, as the wife of Nonparty D (hereinafter “Nonindicted Party D”), was a child of E, F, G, H, and I between the Nonparty and the Nonparty, but the Plaintiff died on January 4, 201. Meanwhile, Defendant B was the wife of the Nonparty.
B. The Nonparty died on April 25, 2001 from among the possession of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), and on April 25, 2001, each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 5, and 7 was acquired on April 25, 2001 due to the inheritance by consultation and division, and on January 21, 2008, the title transfer registration was completed on May 25, 2001 under the title No. 1098 received on January 25, 2008, and each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2, 2, and 4 was completed on October 19, 2007 by the title transfer registration for each of the instant real estate under the title No. 19710, Oct. 19, 207; and thereafter, the ownership transfer registration was completed on July 25, 2010.
C. As to each real estate listed in attached Forms 4 through 7, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 7, 201 with the above registry office No. 16576, Oct. 14, 201, which was received on October 14, 2011, against Defendant B.

2. Chief;
A. The Plaintiff asserted the cause of the claim does not have sold each of the instant real estate to Defendant B, and thus, the registration of ownership transfer is null and void as to each of the instant real estate completed in Defendant B. The Defendants, even though there was no fact that a sales contract was concluded with respect to each of the instant real estate, in collusion with Defendant B, and thus, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in Defendant C. As such, the above registration of ownership transfer is also null and void. The Defendants seek implementation of the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration under each of their names.
