Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been under criminal punishment for a violation of road traffic laws at least twice, and he/she is a person who drives a Grand Cross in Grand Cross.

On May 28, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.162% during blood transfusions, and the Defendant was driving the fluorous vehicle at the road section of about 100 meters in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Metropolitan Government).
