Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, around 05:35, the Defendant driven a cti business car under the influence of alcohol at approximately 17 km section to the front road of the entrance of the oil tank located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, 761 on the same day from the day before the Lone Star shop located in Goyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, 761, to the day before the entrance of the oil tank located in Seoyang-gu 161 at the same time.
