Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 700,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 13, 2012, at around 20:45, the Defendant unilaterally dismissed the victim B (50 years of age) and the Defendant from the office of the representative director of the Cschool, on the front of the restaurant of the “manial catch” in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took a dispute with the victim’s unilaterally; (b) took the victim’s left side side side side side part of the victim’s head; and (c) took the part of the victim’s right side side side part of the victim’s right side and the part of the “manial catch” part of the body 14 days where the victim needs medical treatment.

2. On September 13, 2012, around 20:45, the Defendant unilaterally dismissed the victim A (the age of 43) and the victim from the office of the representative director of the Cschool in front of the restaurant of the “manial catus catch” in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul. On September 13, 2012, Defendant B continued several instances of the victim’s face face, and continued several times of the victim’s face, walking the part of the victim’s left back to the wharf of the Gu-dong 112-10, the Defendant laid down a batf, etc. requiring approximately four weeks medical treatment for the victim.
