A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:35 on May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a knick-type car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21% while making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the knick-type car in a normal condition; (b) was driving the knick-type car in front of the knick-type 2 factory located in the Gu-U.S.A. to the Gu-U.S.-U.S. Pursuant to the foregoing, the Defendant: (c) was sent from the occupational negligence, which caused the Defendant to the front part of the knick-type knick-type knife and the knife-type knife-type knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.
