Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court. On February 11, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the Cheongju District Court Branch Branch of Daejeon District Court, and two years of probation.

On June 7, 2016, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven a B-hand car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.123% in the 2km section from the front of a mutually unclaimed restaurant in the head of the same Eup/Myeon from the Do to the front of the coastwise maritime security at the same Eup/Myeon located in the Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
