Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the president of the G non-regular branch of the Korean Metal Workers' Union (hereinafter referred to as the "GG branch") and the defendant B is the president of the G branch of the Korean Metal Workers' Union.
[2014 high-level 191] The Defendants, without reporting the assembly to the chief of the competent police station on March 4, 2014, held the “in the presence of approximately 40 members of the Gul4 factory located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. 14:20 through 15:10 on March 4, 2014, the Defendants held the “in the presence of approximately 40 members of the intra-company subcontractor and the G branch,” “in the implementation of the Supreme Court’s decision,” “in the absence of a non-regular position”, “in the absence of a non-regular position”, “in the absence of an unfair disciplinary measure,” “in the absence of an ex-post card, such as the “in the absence of a regular position”, and “in the absence of a worker and the “in the absence of an unfair strike” and “in the absence of a call for removal of temporary dispatch and the promotion of the attendance before the withdrawal of unfair dismissal.
From March 4, 2014 to April 1, 2014, Defendants held an outdoor assembly in the same way as shown in the attached Table 1, without reporting the assembly to the chief of the competent police station.

[2014 Man-Ma3833] On April 2, 2014, at around 14:30 through 15:10 on April 2, 2014, the Defendants held the following: (a) in front of the G Ulsan Factory’s work site located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., the Defendants, using a small ampl, etc., in which approximately 25 members of the intra-company subcontractor and the G branch H participate; (b) “workers are forced to comply with the Supreme Court’s decision”; (c) “unfairly withdraw disciplinary action and withdraw illegal management”; (d) pl cards, such as “the illegal dispatch,” “regular transition”; and (e) “the demand for the removal of illegal dispatch and the withdrawal of unfair cancellation of work hours.”
In addition, the Defendants from April 2, 2014 to June 11, 2014.
