1. The Defendant’s KRW 210,883,090 among the Plaintiff and KRW 57,513,570 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 76,684,760 from March 1, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates a C College (hereinafter "the University of this case"). The plaintiff is promoted as an associate professor on April 3, 1996 after being appointed as a full-time lecturer at the University of this case on March 1, 1994, and was promoted as an associate professor on March 1, 2006.

B. On January 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) damaged the teachers’ disciplinary committee of the instant university; (b) obstructed the progress of the meeting without the president’s instruction; (c) damaged the dignity of teachers; and (d) demanded the Plaintiff to take disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated the order of service by submitting a written application to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology without a business trip order during the working hours on April 13, 201; (b) dismissed the Plaintiff on February 15, 2012, the teachers’ disciplinary committee of the instant university on the ground that: (c) dismissed the Plaintiff on the ground that the act described in the above disciplinary ground falls under Article 8(1)1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 14, 15, 201 and 17 of the Regulations on Disciplinary Measures against the Teachers and Staff; and (d) dismissed Plaintiff 2 and 2; and (e) dismissed Plaintiff 17, 2012.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition rejecting reappointment”). C.

On March 23, 2012, the Plaintiff filed a petition for review on the instant dismissal disposition with the Appeal Commission for Teachers. On June 4, 2012, the Appeal Commission for Teachers imposed extinctive prescription on certain grounds for disciplinary action, and on the remaining grounds for disciplinary action, the Plaintiff is the president of the Teaching Council for Teachers.
