If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a car owned by ASEAN while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.173% at the 3m section inside the parking lot of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dodong 268-3, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
