On December 3, 2012, around 22:55, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.117% of blood alcohol concentration, the vehicle was driven by the degree of about 2 km from around the additional railway station located in the additional railway station in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 265 k-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, but from the front of the additional railway station located in the additional railway station in Geumcheon-gu.
