The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal D submitted a sales contract to the court by forging the sales contract, and the court was present at the court as a witness to prepare a sales contract in the place where the defendant was living as a witness.

Since the defendant made a false statement that he borrowed money to B or made a false statement, the contents of the defendant's complaint against D are not false.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the defendant's assertion is without merit, since the defendant decided to sell the share of the real estate owned by his wife B to D as a repayment for the money borrowed from D and completed a sales contract, it can be acknowledged that the defendant reported false facts as stated in the judgment of the court below.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
