A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Intimidation Defendant becomes aware of the Victim K (29 taxes, inn, inn) and Handphones, through L’s “L.”

When the injured person demands that the injured person be hedging against the defendant, the defendant sent the victim by telephone from M Hospital located in Maan-si around 12:00 on May 10, 2018 to the former male-child room of the width, because there is a photograph of the width taken at the time of sex relations.

In this way, the term “a number of times to which a male-friendly test should be added” means several times as far as the male-friendly test is above and above, and five photographs, such as a photograph taken close to the female sex, were sent as if they were the victim’s photograph.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by speaking as if he were to capture the sexual photograph of the victim.

2. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent to the Hospital listed in paragraph (1) around 18:48 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media); (b) using his/her mobile phone to mistake the victim N as the male-gu of the said K; and (c) by using his/her mobile phone, the Defendant sent to the said N four photographs, such as the photo taken adjacent to the female sexual organ, as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant sent to the victim images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through the communication media with a view to inducing or satisfying his own sexual desire.

[2] On February 22, 2018, at around 02:30 on February 22, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim Q Q (n., 29 years of age) and the time he/she became aware of through the sign "P", prior to the O apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu, but the victim refused to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim to refuse it, and continued to attract the victim's grandchildren.
