Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above judgment against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall borrow or lend, or store, deliver or distribute any access medium with the knowledge that such medium is to be used for a crime or to be used for the purpose of receiving, demanding or promising the consideration.

1. Notwithstanding Defendant A, the Defendant received a proposal from “F” around December 4, 2017 to the effect that “1.50,000 won per day per week by delivering the e-mail card to a designated convenience store after receipt of the e-mail card at a convenience store,” and received a payment for the e-mail card (credit card number L) connected with the K’s account in order to deliver it to the “J” convenience store located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 22, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant received a delivery of electronic financial transaction access media while demanding or promising to receive compensation or knowing that it will be used for a crime.

2. Nevertheless, Defendant B received a proposal from “F” around December 20, 2017 to the effect that “F will offer 1.50,000 won per day when transferring money in the form of deposits without passbook after receiving the check from “F” at convenience stores,” and received one copy of the check card (credit card No. N) linked to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of “F” in the event that the games are held on December 21, 2017. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant received one copy of the check (credit number No. N) connected to the account under the name of K, and received one copy of the check No. 1 connected with the account under the name of K (hereinafter “F”).

Accordingly, the Defendant received a delivery of electronic financial transaction access media while demanding or promising to receive compensation or knowing that it will be used for a crime.
