A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who entered the Republic of Korea in the Philippines on February 21, 2018 with his/her nationality, is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 25, 2018, at the D University E, located in Seoul, around 904 Dong 322A, the Defendant designated the delivery site as “D University E, 904 Dong 322A” in Seoul, D University E, located in Seoul, via “F,” which is a multi-line web site via the street north, and ordered approximately 7.05g B to “marith 7.05g,” 0.059 Sitcoin (an amount equivalent to approximately 96,00 won in Korean language) and ordered the delivery site to “the Defendant’s dwelling.”

Since then, around April 6, 2018, the items containing approximately 7.05g of marijuana ordered by the Defendant arrive at the Incheon Central International Airport Cargo Terminal International Postal Distribution Center, located in the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport Transportation Center through the Netherlands H around 15:02.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

2. On March 25, 2018, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, designated D University E, 904 Dong322A, located in Seoul, as the Defendant’s residence, D University E, located in Seoul, “No. 904 Dong 322A,” located in D University E, Inc., Seoul, in order to place 0.080 bit 10 bit 0.0801 bitco (hereinafter “lsD”) with “F” access to the site of sale of narcotics, etc., through “the next regional mental medicine” (hereinafter “lsD”).

Since then, the international mail containing 10 LSD 10 ordered by the defendant has arrived at the Incheon International Airport Cargo Terminal International Logistics Center located in the Jung-gu Incheon Warman in April 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported lsD.

3. Around April 2018, the Defendant taken in the brine containing marijuana in the residence of the above Defendant.
