Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a member of the Cparty in the 20th constituency B, and was a full-time vice-chairperson of the E's F Office, which was launched on April 15, 2020 as a candidate for the 21st National Assembly member election conducted on April 15, 202.

No one shall make, or have another person make, a contribution to a person in the constituency for a candidate or a person who intends to be a candidate in connection with an election, or a meeting or event of the electorate, or a person who is residing outside the constituency concerned but has relations with the electorate.

On January 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) proposed to be held in the G G located in Gwangju Metropolitan City on January 15, 2020 from the lower police officer on December 12, 2019 to the first police officer on January 15, 2020; (b) proposed to recruit participants to the H, I, and J, a community manager of each village in the F area of the C Party; and (c) leased tourist buses to move participants to H.

He, I, and J requested as above from the Defendant recruited 34 electors to attend the Publication Commemorative Meeting. From January 8, 2020 to January 9, 2020, the Defendant voluntarily received 20,000 to 10,000 assistance money from 19 members, respectively, from 34 members of the above 34 members from the above 19 members, and did not receive food expenses, transportation expenses, tea, etc. from the rest 15 members.

At around 13:00 on January 9, 2020, the Defendant boarded 28 participants, including N, in front of the M Office located in the Namnam L, with 28 participants of the P bus driven by the O, and was present at the E member publishing commemoration held in the above G, with 34 participants present at the E member publishing commemoration held in the above G, with 90,000 won received from H, I, and J, and paid 50,000 won for a tourist bus rental fee of 50,000 won for a bus to O who is a bus engineer, and paid 32 participants among the above participants and 28,000 won for the monthly meal expenses of O of bus article, and deposited the remaining amount into the Defendant’s account.
