A and B shall be punished by a fine of 800,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who wishes to be a candidate for the E-Gun of local election in the 6th Dong-dong City nationwide on June 4, 2014 and plans to hold a publication commemoration meeting of “H” in G located in the former F on June 29, 2013, Defendant B is the Chairperson of the G Council, and Defendant C is the Chairperson of the G Federation.
1. Defendant A
(a) A person who intends to become a candidate for an election for public office or a candidate shall not make contributions to a person in the relevant constituency;
Nevertheless, from May 2013 to June 2013, the Defendant conspireds to offer a public performance to relieve the electors from holding a publishing commemorative meeting by telephone, between B and Seoul, or from the end of May 2013, the Defendant also asked K to offer a public performance to the number of members of the group L who participated in the said publishing commemorative meeting.
At around 15:30 to 16:40 on June 29, 2013, the Defendant held a gathering for “H” publication of the Defendant’s author’s book in the above G, and provided approximately 700 electors with a performance amounting to KRW 1,00,000 for the performance and dance of N’s national music and dance, and a performance amounting to KRW 5,00,000,000 for the contribution fee of KRW 2,00,000,000 for the total contribution fee of KRW 8,000 for the public performance.
As a result, the defendant conspired with the electorate B, about 70,00 electors, made a contribution act in excess of 8 million won at the market price as above.
(b) No person who intends to become a candidate for an election for public office or a candidate shall make contributions to any person in the relevant constituency;
Nevertheless, on June 29, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd to sell books to the electorates at a fixed price or below through the above G with “mamb”, and C, around June 29, 2013, provided the Defendant’s low price of KRW 10,000 for KRW 10,00 to nine persons, including the electorate.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to nine electorates.
