A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From June 23:00 on June 18, 2018 to around 02:00 of the following day, the Defendant: (a) placed his body in front of the “E Burial” operated by the victim D in Jeju-si; (b) went into the said “E Burial; (c) opened the door of an office without opening it; and (d) opened the door of the office at which the victim was in the West; and (b) stolen the victim’s non-cash cash with the victim in the West at that place; and (c) cut the victim’s cash over 15 times in total, as in the list of crimes in attached Form 1 (1) to August 24, 2018.

2. A thief: (a) on June 23, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant stolen a victim’s property four times in total, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form No. 1, from that time until July 2018, the market price, which was the owner of the victim H, who was under influence of alcohol in front of G cafeteria, was the victim H, and was stolen.
