【Criminal facts】 The Defendant committed habitually a thief crime, who was sentenced two or more times to imprisonment, and again committed the following larcenys for three years after the completion of the execution of the sentence.

1. On June 26, 2018, the Defendant prepared at around 03:00 a.m., “D” side parking lot operated by the victim B, which is located in the above parking lot, for the crime against the victim B, and prepared at least 30 small-scale public officials and 6 beer soldiers in the total market price of the victim’s possession in the above parking lot, and prepared at least 3,780 won in plastic bags.
