Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2014, Defendant A accepted the offer that he would lend the buyer’s name to real estate to be purchased by a female from F who was introduced through a person F, a single-name E, who had a close close relationship with the Defendant on a date, and would receive a loan from a financial institution as collateral, and would offer KRW 10 million per week in cooperation with the financial institution to receive the loan.

On May 15, 2014, the Defendant issued a sales contract for an apartment building of another apartment building of 1513 units in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong 289, under the name of the Defendant, and conspired with the F and J to apply for a loan in the name of the Defendant to the Daegu-gu Livestock Cooperative under the name of the Defendant, after entering the Agricultural Cooperative with G to use the sales contract for the subject matter of sale prepared in advance by F and G, “F, Young-gu H apartment 1513 Dong 2301, Y2301, the subject matter of sale prepared in advance by F and G, and to the effect that the loan can be made from the employee in charge of the loan of the victim Daegu Livestock Cooperative. However, even though the seller’s first contract was revoked in the immediately preceding loan, the Defendant concluded a sales contract under the name of the Defendant for another apartment building of 1513 units in H apartment apartment 1513 units, and subsequently offered the real property to the victim Daegu Livestock Cooperative.

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with L Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Suwon-gu, Daegu, Daegu, the subject matter of sale, H apartment 1513 1001, the purchase price of KRW 450 million, the lease deposit of KRW 250 million, the buyer succeeds to the buyer and the buyer refunds the deposit to the lessee on September 25, 2014. In addition, when applying for a loan, G is as of May 7, 2014 on the date of the contract prepared for forgery in advance at a place in which G, not a sales contract actually entered into between the defendant and M, which is not a sales contract.
