1. Damage to property;

A. At around 16:50 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant damaged the repair cost equivalent to KRW 453,878,00,00, such as repair of the driver, by walking the part behind the vehicle owned by the victim D, which is the director of the management office of the building parked therein, on three occasions, in the first floor parking lot of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

B. The Defendant continued to board the elevator No. 1 on the first floor of the underground floor and damaged the repair cost amounting to KRW 100,000 by walking approximately 45 times through a light of the string of the strings installed therein.

C. The Defendant damaged the 150,000 won of repair costs by walking a sprinkler for fire prevention, attached to the wall, in which the said victim D and security guards bring the Defendant from the above elevator, pushed the Defendant fast to the wall of the parking lot and pressure it.
