A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on the front side of the Gyeonggi Logistics High School located in 403 at Pyeongtaek-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 12, 2014, after receiving a report from a taxi driver and a taxi driver, conducted an investigation of the above reported contents; (b) the police officer of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station C police box called up after receiving a report from the taxi driver; (c) the Defendant raised the complaint; and (d) the above D was informed to the Human Rights Commission or the Cheongdae-gu to leave the clothes. 2. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 같은 날 13:10경부터 14:40경까지 위 C파출소에서 술에 만취하여 위 D을 비롯한 경찰관들에게 “개새끼들아, 이 깽깽이 새끼야, 내가 얼마 전에도 경찰관 모욕으로 벌금 100만 원 냈어. 어차피 징역도 아닌데 겁도 안 나! 해 봐! 엮어봐야 공집 밖에 더 되겠냐!”라고 수회 욕설을 하고, 바닥에 침을 수회 뱉었으며, 자신의 머리를 의자에 부딪치는 방법으로 자해를 하였다.
