A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:20 on August 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought to pay the drinking value in advance from the victim F (n, 60 years of age) (n, 48 years of age) in the E dan ran bar operated by the victim F (n, an employee) in Jeju Island; and (b) took the hand floor of the said F in a number of hands-on parts of the face; (c) took a hand-on part of the left part of the said F’s face; (d) inflicted an injury on the said F by taking approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (e) assaulted the victim G (n, 52 years of age) who is another employee, by taking two times more and more than twice into the floor of the hand-on part; and (e) assaulted the said G by taking the part of the said G that is over two weeks of age.

Defendant continued to take a bath in a large amount of 1,00,000 won of the market value of the pertinent D owned by the Defendant, which is “Crest, two years, and parady,” and damaged it by gathering one and a half of the telephone number of KRW 1,00,000,000 of the market value of the said D, which was located there, and interfered with the bar business business of the said D by avoiding disturbance as above.

2. The Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, attempted to arrest the Defendant, who was sent to the Defendant after receiving a report that the Defendant was frighting, and the Defendant was trying to arrest the Defendant, who was the victim at the Jeju East Police Station H Zone I belonging to the Hodong Police Station H District, and who refused to disclose his personal information. On the contrary, the Defendant resisted the fright of the said I by hand, and frighted the Defendant’s frightening of the flash, and thereby interfered with the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of crimes by destroying the flash of the said J, and destroying the flash.
