If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2014, at around 19:49, the Defendant driven a B-wing truck with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.146% in a 100-meter radius from the front of the Damart in the Damart market to the south of the said Gam market, according to the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-gu.
