Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2016, from around 05:00 to 06:00, the Defendants jointly cut off the victim’s property by reducing the victim’s bank from the victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s cash in the victim’s possession, and then cutting off the victim’s property by taking the victim’s bank back to the victim’s house at the 4th room where the victim F was under the influence of alcohol between 05:00 to 06:00.
