Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C's driver car.

On April 10, 2015, at around 11:10, the Defendant, located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu Pung-gu Pung, Seo-gu, Gwangju metropolitan City (E in D), proceeded into the intersection from the west-gu intersection to the intersection of the wind in the intersection of the west-gu, and turn to the left at the one-lane of the gold protection district.

Since there is an intersection installed by the traffic safety facilities, the driver of the vehicle that drives along the road has a duty of care to safely proceed according to the signals and instructions indicated by the traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and proceeded to turn to the left even though the market price of the traffic safety facilities is prohibited from left to the left, thereby violating the signal or instruction.
