Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2017, the Defendant conspired with B to induce deception as if he did not intend to arrange the actual commercial sex acts, and in collusion with B, B puts up a notice stating "Iyyyyyyyy" on the hosting app “Iyyyyyyy,” using smartphones around 23:30 on May 30, 2017, and took up the victim C around May 23:50 on May 30, 2017, and paid "Iyyyyy in the future of the Dtel, which is a commercial place," and "Iyyyy in the future of the Dtel, which is the commercial sex place," and the Defendant received the victim by 140,000 won on the following day.
