1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The Korean Federation of Cargo Trucking Services is the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a party-based corporation A (hereinafter “A”) on February 25, 2009.

B) As to the electrical construction executed by A under a contract from the Korea Electric Power Corporation, the insured and the contractor, the insurance period from February 25, 2009 to February 24:00 of 25, 2010, the maximum amount of compensation shall be KRW 200 million per person, and the insured workers shall be KRW 200 million per accident, and the insured workers shall be liable for damages due to the occupational accident caused by the insured workers in excess of the compensation amount under the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “instant insurance contract”).

2) The Defendant trucking trucking company (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant Company) is the owner of B Kaw Bara (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Company”) and the Defendant Korea Freight Trucking Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Federation”) concluded a mutual aid agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “instant mutual aid agreement”) with the Defendant Company with the content that it compensates the Defendant Company for losses arising from legal liability due to an accident that occurred due to the operation of the instant garas.

B. A’s occurrence of the instant accident occurred to Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “the instant electrical construction”) is a construction project installing electric facilities of a size of 4,250 kW on the Cheongju-dong, Cheongju-dong, Nam-dong, Cheongju-dong.

(2) On October 13, 2009, when Defendant Company was awarded a contract, Defendant Company leased the instant tea and put it into the site of the instant electrical construction. A’s affiliated C, around 11:40 on October 13, 2009, boomed the power line that does not flow electricity to boom booms while driving the instant tea at the electrical construction site.
