A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B, and F shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, Defendant E shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, and Defendant C shall be punished by fine for five months.

D On November 5, 2015, the Seoul Northern District Court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 10, 2016.

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things to provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results, and no person shall open a space for gambling for profit;

The Defendants’ role (1) as a local employee of the Philippines, and the Defendants were in charge of management of the practical site, such as filling, exchange, game registration, customer counseling, and bulletin board management, under the employment of the president, who is employed in order from N in the office that manages the sports gambling site, at the office that manages the said site, such as 150 to 4 million won per month.

(2) The role N of other accomplices, as the chairperson of the Republic of Korea who is the actual operating body, set up an office of the sports gambling site, and took overall charge of the operation of the said site.

O under the direction of the above N, the president took charge of the entire management affairs, such as employment and placement of employees, management of earnings, reorganization of the site, etc.

P, Q and R manage local employees as a local manager of mileage and take charge of daily settlement affairs.

B. The Defendants of specific criminal facts share the roles with N and other accomplices as above. From August 2015 to July 2016, Defendant A and Defendant B from August 2015 to July 2016; Defendant C from July 2016 to July 2016; Defendant C from March 2016 to July 2016; Defendant D from April 2015 to June 2015; Defendant E from January 2015 to September 2015 to September 2015; and Defendant F from July 2015 to July 2016.
