Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the Defendants, together with others, inflicted any harm on others or caused any danger to traffic while driving a motor vehicle on the left or right, without any justifiable reason.

2. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a car of the foregoing A-S3 vehicle.
