Defendant
A is the chief of the J branch of the Construction Labor Relations Coordination Northern Branch, and Defendants B, C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are people belonging to the J branch of the Construction Labor Relations Coordination Branch, and Defendant F is Poke articles.
1. Defendants A, B, C, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E’s interference with the work were recruited to interfere with the work by finding out the work at the construction site where they did not participate in the construction labor union strike scheduled to engage in the work and demanding to stop the work and to participate in the strike on June 28, 2012, along with the name of KRW 10,00,00, in which their names cannot be known.
On June 27, 2012, at least 16:15, the Defendants, on board the tourist bus driven by K as the site of road expansion works in front of the Chungcheong-gun L, the Defendants, along with the number of construction labor union members with which the names cannot be known, had been overworking for the victim F (the age of 34) with the organization’s status, and had a view to driving the F, etc.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with construction labor union members whose name is unknown, and thereby interfered with the activities of the victim F, etc. by force, such as putting an emphasis on the organization's status and leaving a disturbance.
2. The Defendant F cited an Aluminium camping net, which is a dangerous object in the Pokele, and caused the disturbance to the Pokele, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, on the ground that the victims’ name could not be known, and the Defendant interfere with the operation of the Poke, etc., with approximately 20-day treatment for about 20 days, and caused the Victim B (Age 51) and the victims (age 43), respectively, to the victim C (age 44) by putting about approximately 20-day face rashedes that require face-to-face treatment, and to the victim E (age 29) for approximately 6-day treatment.
