Criminal facts

1. Around 10:00 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant driven an Iben car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.106% from the 25km section to the roads near the upper waters of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the roads in front of Songpa-gu Seoul.

2. The driver of any motor vehicle that violates the Road Traffic Act shall not threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by committing two or more offenses, such as violation of instructions, prohibition of change of course, speed violation, and violation of overtaking methods, or by continuing or repeating one act;

Nevertheless, on January 1, 2019, at around 10:11, the Defendant, while driving an Iben vehicle with the inside circulation of the front hill tunnel located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the red morizontal to 0.106% of the blood alcohol content from the front mp, operated the Iben vehicle after receiving 112 report on the vehicle suspected of drunk driving, was driven at a higher speed without stopping an order for suspension from the slopeK belonging to the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station's department of the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving 112 report on the vehicle suspected of drunk driving, led other vehicles to rapidly overtake, change their course and pass through the safety zone as is, by repeatedly passing the direction from the above place to the front h of Songpa-gu Seoul, and repeatedly passing through the safety zone in a way that obstructs the normal traffic of other vehicles without securing the safety distance, thereby threatening or endangering other people and causing danger to traffic.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Ch.A.) by the Defendant, as described in paragraph 2, drive the above benz car in a bench and disregarding the order of suspension by the police officer on January 1, 2019 and driving the above car on January 1, 2019, at around 10:20, in the same line in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to reach a two-lane between the two-lanes.
