Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in B.

Around 07:00 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and proceeded to turn to the left at the speed of 21 to 30 km from the side of D apartment at the Han-Eup Intersection of the next C apartment at the time of Jung-Eup.
