A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a crime of aiding and abetting an offender at the Daejeon District Court, which became final and conclusive on February 22, 2017.

1. In collusion with Defendant, F, G, H, and I related to the “E Gameland” located in the Siljin-si, the Defendant: (a) requested the name lending to G, the president of the Siljin-si; (b) made efforts to prepare for opening a new game by requesting I and G to make a viewing business registration and a lease contract with G; (c) the role of installing a game machine in the game room and employing and managing H with an employee exchange; (d) G entered into a contract for the rental of the game industry in its own name; (b) the role of undergoing a long-term unemployment mainly at the time of regulating the game industry after entering into the contract; (c) H exchange of the result of the game products to customers in the above E gameland at F’s instruction; (d) the Defendant entered into a lease contract with the Defendant; and (e) made efforts to recruit employees; and (e) recruited the illegal game hall to operate the game.

The Defendant, in collusion with F, G, H, and I, from around 17:00 on February 5, 2014 to around 21:00 on the same day, set up 40 games of “sea-to-sea” games, which are non-graded in the above E Gamesland, and offered 40 players access to the said games, and exchanged 5,000 won in cash, excluding 10% of the fee, to customers, with the amount of KRW 5,00,000, excluding 10% of the fee for the use of the games.

Accordingly, the defendant provided game water, which is a speculative machine not classified by rating in collusion with F, G, H, and I, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of speculative act and game water.

2. In collusion with K, F, etc., the Defendant committed a crime related to the Asan-si Game Center, the Defendant, on the floor L and M 2 of the Asan-si, has induced customers to the game room and manage duties such as money exchange, etc.
