Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

On August 5, 2012, around 15:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by finding out and committing an indecent act against the victim D (the victim, 29 years of age) at the 2nd floor soup 3rd soup 15:0, 2012, the third floor so called “C” located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against people in a densely concentrated place.
