On February 20, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven B K3 cars under the influence of alcohol level of about 2 km from the 2km section to the cropian road located in the same city Heungdong from the implied Hodo cafeteria-dong in the East Sea, to the cropon road in the same city.
