A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras et al.) is a space between the Defendant and the Victim C (Woo 46 years of age) and his/her relationship with the Victim.

A. On June 7, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s sexual instruments and body against his/her will that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using gallon S7 portable camera when the victim was in possession of his/her clothes at the mutual influence, in light of the trade influence around the wife population D, the Defendant took pictures of the victim’s sexual instruments and body against his/her will.

B. On June 9, 2017, from around 06:25 to 16:46 of the same day, the Defendant taken photographs of the victim’s chests and body against his will, using the gallon gallon, which is the Defendant’s possession of the victim, using S7 portable camera, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, during the galloning period from around 06:25 to 16:46 of the same day.

On June 17, 2017, from around 04:29 to 20:56, the Defendant taken pictures and photographs against his will, in light of the following: (a) the sexual intercourse with the victim, which is owned by the Defendant, could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using S7 portable camera when having sexual intercourse with the victim; (b) the sexual intercourse with the victim, which is owned by the Defendant, could cause sexual humiliation or shame.

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victim against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using S7 portable cameras when the victim gallon, which is owned by the Defendant, in the trade in French-si, located near the wife D around the wife population, using the crepan of the victim’s clothes.

2. A similar rape Defendant: (a) was located in Suwon-si F in Suwon-si on July 6, 2017; (b) entered the said victim’s 206 of G hotel 2-206, demanding the victim to have sexual intercourse; but (c) refused on the ground that the victim was difficult to avoid such sexual intercourse.
