A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(b) Crime history;

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B is a person who conspireds with the victim B (V, 22 years old).

A. On September 3, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s her son, who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using S7’s portable camera functions, while having sexual intercourse with the victim at the home of the victim B (n, 22 years of age) (n, n, e.g., the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s

On October 2, 2017, at around 09:36, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of the victim in a state of sound and balone body against his/her will, by using the gap in which the victim B was divingd at the place described in the above paragraph (a) on October 2, 2017, which could cause a sense of sexual shame due to the victim’s gallonal lus function, by using the gap in which the victim B was divingd.

2. The Defendant is a person who was the same motive for the same university as the victim D to commit a crime against victim D.

A. On September 15, 2017, at around 03:32, the Defendant taken pictures against his will, while having sexual intercourse with the victim D (n, 23 years of age) under the influence of alcohol at the home of the victim D (n, 23 years of age), which could cause a sense of sexual shame by using S7 mobile camera functions in the course of galloning of the Defendant.

B. On September 18, 2017, around 02:33, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of the victim in a physical condition that may cause a sense of sexual shame by using the gallon function of S7 portable camera when the victim D was drunk at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) around September 18, 2017.
