1. Around 19:00 on September 3, 2020, the Defendant opened a 1st floor door door to the victim C located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu, and went into a 2nd floor door to the inside and at a small room through the window of the victim, thereby infringing upon the inside and the small room, and then cutting off with 1,50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim C, 3 gold bags equivalent to 1,80,000 won of the market price, 2 gold bars, 3 gold bars, and 2 other precious metals of the market price owned by the victim D.
