If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of B (69 tons) who is a ship registered at the time of Mapopopopool.

If a domestic vessel enters the boundaries of an open port, it shall submit an entry report to the competent authority of the domestic vessel without delay after its entry.

The Defendant, at around 12:30 on February 15, 2013, did not submit the entry report to the competent authority, even though the Defendant entered the port within the boundaries of a wooden port located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.
