A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business owner operating the DNA task in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E (n, 20 years of age), victim F (n, 18 years of age), victim G (n, 19 years of age) and victim G (n, 19 years of age) are those who worked for the aforementioned task.
