Punishment of the crime

On 14:45 on 26:26:26, 2012, the Defendant did not observe the order of carrying soil in the new site of the Kasan-si C apartment, and laid away soil in the vehicle to the driver, such as the victim D (the age of 36) who was waiting in the atmosphere.

피고인은 피해자가 다가와 “지금 뭐하시는 거예요.”라며 항의하였다는 이유로 그에게 “어린놈의 자식이, 이 후리아들놈 눈깔을 확 뽑아가지고 죽여버리겠다.”라고 욕설을 하고, 다시 차량 물품 보관함에서 무엇인가를 찾는 시늉을 하며 “이 씹할놈을 어린놈을 머리를 팍 쪼개 죽여버리겠다.”라고 하여 마치 금방이라도 피해자를 해할 듯이 위협하여 협박하였다.
