On June 20, 1967, A divorced on April 30, 2012 after reporting the marriage with the deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Defendant B conspired to report the marriage between Defendant A and the deceased on November 5, 2013, even though the deceased died on or around November 5, 2013.

1. On November 8, 2013, Defendant B prepared a marriage report between Defendant A and the Deceased at the 115 Report Book of Family Relationship in the 17:50 Ansan-dong Community Service Civil Service Center, and Defendant A submitted a resident registration certificate of the Deceased and the above marriage report to the public official in charge of family relations who is aware of the circumstance, and submitted the marriage report, and had the public official in charge enter and record the false facts into the marriage report due to the “Marriage Report” on the date of reporting the “Marriage Report” of Family Relationship Information System, which is a public electronic record, and “D” in the spouse column.

2. The Defendants exercised the family relation registration information system, which is an official electronic record recorded, by having a public official in charge enter and store false facts at the time and place described in paragraph 1, as described in paragraph 1.
