1. Defendant C and F jointly share KRW 2,200,000,000 and KRW 110,000,000 among them, from August 2, 2010.

1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 5 and Gap evidence Nos. 37 to 40:

In order to promote balanced regional development, enhance the functions of terminals, and resolve urban traffic problems in the city by relocating a bus terminal located in Ansan-si from the outer area to the outer area of the city of Ansan-si, and to designate an urban development zone of 119,000 square meters per day of Ma Sung-si around November 15, 2004 as an urban development zone and to newly construct and develop a Nbbbbb Terminal, parking lot, commercial building, ancillary facilities, etc. (hereinafter “instant urban development project”).

2) On October 13, 2005, K purchased 65,000 shares of L Co., Ltd (hereinafter “L”) by borrowing money from P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) to implement the instant urban development project, but changed its trade name to Q Co., Ltd. on June 21, 2012; hereinafter “A”), and purchased 65,000 shares of L Co., Ltd (hereinafter “L”) to take office as the representative director of L Co., Ltd. B. L's financing 1) A decided to invest funds in the instant urban development project at the K's request, and entered into an investment and monetary lending contract between L and K to lend KRW 6.5 billion to L with funds such as bid bond and down payment for the implementation of the instant urban development project, between L and K, around November 7, 2005.

After that, A, L and K agreed on November 18, 2005 to change the total amount of the above investment and monetary lending contract to 5.4 billion won.
