1.The judgment of the first instance court, including the claims extended by this court, shall be modified as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. Before entering into a service contract, land owners formed K Urban Development Association (hereinafter “the instant urban development association”) at Pyeongtaek-si J. The instant urban development association changed its trade name into “N” around September 2008, when promoting a new apartment construction project through a replotting method.

“L” is referred to as “L” before and after the change.

2) F is a director of the instant urban development cooperative, a director of the instant urban development cooperative, and was actually led by the project implementation authority.

G operated an O stock company (all stock companies appearing below omitted from the second entry), a project implementation agent, and operated a new housing construction project using a regional housing association as a brand called “P” in several regions. Around 2015, G proposed that F, introduced through M, should implement a new housing construction project implemented by the instant urban development cooperative by changing it into a regional housing association.

Accordingly, the new construction project of multi-family housing was promoted in a way that the existing project zone is divided into Q, R and E and establishes the regional housing association for each project zone.

(B) The E district is a business area of approximately 68,00 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si J, and this case is a dispute related to the project of the regional housing association in the E district. As seen below, the E district was established as the business area; hereinafter in the following, the E district was established as the “C District Housing Association”; and hereinafter in the above association “instant association” and the business promoted by the said association “instant business”; 3) G constituted the “instant association promotion committee” under five promoters recommended by it, including S, who was an employee of theO on May 2015 (the above promotion committee was appointed as the chairperson).
