1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 31, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Inasmuch as the Plaintiff, on January 4, 2008, lent to the Defendant the sum of KRW 60,000,000,000 in total, and KRW 60,000,000 on March 17, 2008, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 60,000,000 and damages for delay.
