1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

2. Determination

A. The plaintiffs' assertion 1 of the parties, the plaintiff Eul lent 60,000,000 won with the first money, and the plaintiff Eul lent 10,000,000 won with the second money, respectively, to the plaintiff Eul, and the defendant is 60,000,000 won with the borrowed money and 10,000,000 won with the plaintiff Eul, respectively.
