Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim in the “C” located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) when the Defendant was absent from military service, the victim D (V, 56 years old) was found to have claimed money; and (c) took a bath and disputed the victim’s head debt in the course of dispute.

2. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking advantage of the “F main points” located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., E, that the victim would recover together with his son and pay his money, and that the victim would have paid his money.
